Brett started her career at Pavlus Travel in 1994 as a travel planner and has served as our General Manager since 1998. Brett oversees our Tour Department which has seen continued growth on a yearly basis. Pavlus Travel is a Top Producer for many of the large Tour Companies, thanks to Brett and her team of highly qualified travel planners, including Tauck Tours’ largest seller in the nation for a single owned agency. Her staff regularly participates on many supplier sponsored trips as well as traveling on their own so they have firsthand knowledge of the products we sell.

Shelby has been in the Travel Industry since 1995 and started at Pavlus Travel in 1998. Having held other positions within the Pavlus organization, Shelby recognizes the importance of consumer relationships and continually works to identify consumer needs. As Director of Consumer Marketing, Shelby’s vision is to generate consumer awareness in our discounted pricing and first class customer service. Shelby has extensive product knowledge, having been on over 35 cruises, in what consumers desire in choosing a vacation. In her spare time she likes to travel, scrapbook and spend time with her family.

They say that experience is everything, and spending decades in the travel industry has given Jodi the experience necessary for all client interactions. Jodi works closely with many of our clients to bring them the best prices and exceptional service. Jodi understands the importance of each Pavlus Client and works to make their Pavlus experience a memorable one. Jodi’s favorite travel destination is Hawaii, she knows each of the islands in and out and has visited several times.

Tish has been working in the travel industry for 15 years. Spending several years as an account manager for unique and boutique properties worldwide, Tish changed her focus to Hawaii in 2004 and spent the next 10 years engrossed in the Islands. Joining Pavlus’ marketing team in 2014 she now takes responsibility for Tour and River Cruise web content and promotions.
