ITINERARY

Day 1 – Venice and aboard the Venice Simplon-Orient Express
Board the Venice Simplon-Orient Express train at Venice Santa Lucia station. Once you have settled into your cabin, you will have time to explore the train. A delicious four-course dinner will be served in the restaurant car. After dinner, you may wish to join some of your fellow guests in the Bar Car. Overnight train. (D)

Day 2 – Budapest
Breakfast is served in your cabin at a time to suit you. Spend the morning relaxing in the comfort of your cabin as the train travels towards Budapest. Later, enjoy a three-course lunch in one of the restaurant cars before arriving in Budapest this afternoon. Spend two nights in a hotel that can be arranged with your Rail Specialist. (B, L)

Day 3 – Budapest
Explore the city of Budapest. Ask your Rail Specialist about attractions and tours.

Day 4 – Onboard the Venice Simplon-Orient Express
This morning, rejoin the Venice Simplon-Orient Express train and enjoy a delicious lunch. Afternoon tea is served by your steward in the comfort of your cabin. A leisurely four-course dinner is served this evening, prepared onboard by skilled French chefs. You may wish to enjoy a brandy or liqueur with pleasant company in the Bar Car before retiring for the night. (L, D)

Day 5 – London
Continental breakfast is brought to you this morning as you travel towards Paris. A delicious brunch is served in the restaurant car as you travel on towards the Channel. After crossing the Channel, board the Belmond British Pullman train for the journey to London. A traditional afternoon tea accompanied by a glass of English sparkling wine is served before arriving at your destination. (B)
